You just helped me optimize my workflow by saving me at least 30 min/day of copying and pasting voice transcripts with your dictation setup!

I actually spent all of yesterday trying to clone trading view pro and ended up coming to the exact conclusion that I needed to write a skill that has the basically the exact same process as what you've just given here. you just saved me a day of work thank you so much

The Gap

Keeping up with AI is a full-time job.

But here's the thing: you don't need to chase any of that. This bootcamp teaches what stays true through all of it.

sound_familiar.exe
X

Sound familiar?

  • ChatGPT open in a tab, used like a smarter Google
  • A folder of saved prompts nobody opens
  • Tools that were exciting for a week, then abandoned
  • "We should be using AI more" in every leadership meeting
  • Watching tutorials at 2x and building nothing
four_sessions_later.exe
X

Four sessions later

  • You know which workflow to automate first, and what it's costing you today
  • A first build shipped on a real workflow of yours
  • You can read the headline on any new AI release and know whether it matters for your company
  • You know which AI subscriptions are worth paying for, and which to cancel
  • You speak the language: with your team, with vendors, with anyone you hire
  • You can scope and build the next workflow on your own, without me

I'm really enjoying your videos. No hype or misinformation, just real tests. It's so refreshing to see compared to all the other biased slop elsewhere on YouTube. And good to see OpenAI picking up their game 👍

The Real Problem

Knowing what to build is the hard part.

problem_01.exe — alert
X
!

Every demo looks cool

Then you try it yourself, even with the exact prompt, and it comes out nowhere near as good.

OK
problem_02.exe — alert
X
!

You're supposed to decide

AI comes up in every leadership meeting, and it's on you and your team to make a call. But nobody knows what to decide on, or how.

OK
problem_03.exe — alert
X
!

Everyone else is building

You see the demos everywhere and you know AI needs to happen here. You just don't know where to start, or what would actually move the needle.

OK
problem_04.exe — alert
X
!

You've tried this before

Maybe you even hired someone to build something. It worked for a while, then nobody maintained it, the business changed, and it quietly died.

OK
The Method

AI sticks when you build it on your own company.

01

Someone over your shoulder.

Not another YouTube tutorial or Substack post. A coach in the weeds with you, working on your actual company.

02

Fundamentals first.

How the models actually work, how to prompt them, how to feed them context. None of it changes when the next model drops.

03

Put them to work right away.

Build something tactical on your own company: a workflow, a process, a small tool you'll actually use the next week.

Then the light bulb goes off.

You start seeing everything else you could build. And the calls that used to stall you, which tool, which model, build or buy, get a lot easier to make.

Watching Pat here brutalize the product Unreal Engine, and and without understanding what Cesium actually is (by his own admission .. good for him), create something better than what i have attempted to do on my own for over a year...... was a real kick in the head, but im im better for it. Thanks Pat, for showing me the future.

The Builds

Some of what you could build.

Simple systems you can build inside the four weeks: the low-hanging fruit with the highest impact on your business.

An intake system

A customer fills out a form or snaps a photo of a document. The system reads it, creates the record, drafts the contract, and sends the follow-up email. Nobody retypes anything.

Anywhere paperwork enters your business: applications, onboarding, invoices, contracts.

The Four Sessions

From where do I start to a running system.

Four live sessions, one per week.

01

AI fundamentals

How to think about AI and how to work with it: prompting, context, and the mental models behind every good build. A foundation you carry into any implementation.

You leave with: a way of working with AI that outlasts any single tool.

02

The business case

We look at what each workflow costs you, pick the low-hanging fruit, and lock the business case before anything gets built.

You leave with: your highest-ROI target, with the math to back it.

03

Build it

Hands-on, live. We build the first working version of your system together using Claude Code or Codex, whichever you prefer.

You leave with: version one of your system, working.

04

Ship it

We harden it, plug it into your team's real week, and set up the habit loop so it survives contact with reality. This is where most AI projects die.

You leave with: a system your team uses.

+

Ongoing support

Weekly one-on-one calls with Pat during the bootcamp, and a private community after. Accountability, answers, and the founders you built alongside.

During and after.

Hey man this is amazing. I burned through so many tokens trying to build something like this only to crash out halfway through. Keep going man you are onto something - you clearly have the words and clarity to express something I can't!

Meet your instructor

Hey, I'm Pat.

Pat Simmons

In 2022, while freelancing as a marketer, I got wind of this little chatbot called GPT-3. In between laughing at its hallucinations, I realized something was about to fundamentally change.

Since then I've built apps, AI agents, and internal systems for media companies, ad agencies, MSPs, and a handful of other industries.

Along the way I started teaching what I was building on YouTube. Over a million people have watched.

The most common question I get is some version of "how do I actually do this in my business?"

Last year I started advising founders and executives one-on-one, and there was never enough time for everyone who wanted in. So I turned the work into this bootcamp.

It covers the way I approach AI end to end: finding the business case, building the system, and making it stick.

Everything I teach is tool and model agnostic, meaning the same process you learn in this bootcamp can be carried over into any AI implementation for you or your company in the future.

Did bro just say that $68 wasn't worth that museum of arts website? That's an easy $30k we site if you contracted it out from a company. At least $15k from a solo dev. Oh and by the way you would wait 6 months.

This is for you if

  • You run a company, a department, or a P&L, or you're the one in charge of making AI happen at yours
  • You've used ChatGPT or Claude, and you know your company isn't getting enough out of AI
  • You'd rather build the muscle than rent an agency
  • You can commit to four live group sessions and four one-on-one sessions

It's not for you if

  • You want someone to build it for you
  • You're an engineer looking for agent architecture
  • You want a library of videos to watch someday
  • You want to vibe code the next big app and sell it for a million dollars
  • You're trying to replace or fire employees
  • You're looking for an AI growth hack to 10x revenue immediately

FAQ

Got questions?

faq.exe
X

Almost certainly, yes. If you've used ChatGPT or Claude even casually, you have all the background you need. There is no code required at any point, and I'm not an engineer either. The whole premise of the bootcamp is that you don't need to be technical to build these systems, you just need someone to show you how.

Plan on around three hours a week. That covers the live session, your one-on-one call with me, and some time actually using what you're building inside your normal work week. Everything is designed around people who run companies, so there is no filler and no busywork for its own sake.

The founding cohort is $2,499 for the first five seats, and $2,999 for the five after that. That covers all four live sessions, a private one-on-one call with me every week, access to the community, and everything we build together. If spreading it out is easier, there is also a three-payment option at $900 a month.

Yes, and for a lot of people in this cohort it should, because everything you build goes straight back into the business. Once you enroll, just reply to your confirmation email and I'll send an itemized invoice that your finance team can process.

So have I, honestly, and this is built to not be one of them. The sessions are live, the group is small, and the material is your own company, which makes it much harder to drift away the way a video library lets you. And because you and I talk one-on-one every week, someone actually notices if you stall, and we fix it together.

The tools will be, and that is exactly why the bootcamp is built on fundamentals instead of any one tool. What you're really learning is how to find the business case and how to build with whatever the best current option happens to be. That part carries forward through every release.

Every session is recorded, so if a week blows up on you, you can catch up over the weekend without falling behind. I'd still encourage you to make the live rooms whenever you can, because the questions and the breakouts are where a lot of the value lives.

Full refund any time before the cohort starts, no questions asked. After that, the do-the-work guarantee applies: attend every session, show up to our one-on-one calls, start building the system we scope together, and if at the end of the four weeks you don't think it was worth it, I'll refund you in full. If something serious comes up mid-cohort, your seat transfers to the next one.
