Don't adopt AI alone.
A four-week live intensive that takes you from AI-curious to AI builder, alongside a cohort of founders and executives doing the same.
I actually spent all of yesterday trying to clone trading view pro and ended up coming to the exact conclusion that I needed to write a skill that has the basically the exact same process as what you've just given here. you just saved me a day of work thank you so much
Keeping up with AI is a full-time job.
New models every month, endless takes on each one. This bootcamp is about what stays true through all of it: how to find the business case, build the system, and keep building as the tools change.
Sound familiar?
- ✗ChatGPT open in a tab, used like a smarter Google
- ✗A folder of saved prompts nobody opens
- ✗Tools that were exciting for a week, then abandoned
- ✗"We should be using AI more" in every leadership meeting
- ✗Watching tutorials at 2x and building nothing
Four sessions later
- ✓You know which workflow to automate first, and what it's costing you today
- ✓A working system your team uses every week
- ✓Your software stack audited for what you could build
- ✓Every prompt and template we built, yours to keep
- ✓The muscle to build the next one on your own
I'm really enjoying your videos. No hype or misinformation, just real tests. It's so refreshing to see compared to all the other biased slop elsewhere on YouTube. And good to see OpenAI picking up their game 👍
Walk out with a working system. Built by you.
Meet the other founders building with AI
A cohort of founders and execs, each building on their real business. Collaborate, compare builds, leave with a network that keeps you accountable.
Cohort-based, on purpose
Tool and model agnostic
The same process carries over into any AI implementation for you or your company in the future.
Built on your business
Every exercise runs on your real workflows, your real numbers, your real data.
A month of direct access
Group calls every week, weekly one-on-one calls, plus a direct line between sessions.
Walk into work with a real prototype
Your team has heard "we should use AI more" for a year. You show up with something running.
Ongoing support after the cohort
Every cohort joins a private community after: ask me your next questions, keep each other accountable, and stay connected to the founders you built alongside.
Everything stays with you
Recordings, the prompt library, and every template we build together.
What it's like to work with me.
This is completely killer for my law firm... With this, I get repeatable results every time... Works great for my case.

Pat knows AI inside and out, and more importantly, he knows how to apply it to a real business. He helped us design smarter systems, connected strategy to execution, and made a real impact.

I created 2 awesome apps in 2 days and i'm in love. I spent years learning online business, marketing, content creation etc.... But my fav is talking to robots lol
The quality in this video is insane! Keep up the good work. You earned a new subscriber. Cheers!
Top tier tutorial bro ive watched a lot of tutorials but this one just hits home
Ive seen a lot of people using cursor but never getting results like this. My god this is inspiring. How much did it end up costing you after all requests?
Dude I ❤️ this video, its so honest. Please keep it up. We need honesty in How To videos
This is really interesting and I really enjoy your videos. It just makes me want to design things!

Honestly the most informative, easy to follow video on AI agents I've seen. Fantastic video!
What your software stack costs you.
Click the tools a team like yours could replace.
I worked at an agency in 2020 we made some very good websites and when the client wanted something like that they would charge at least 300k usd for 3 months of work and like 4 to 6 developers. 2 qa. 1 pm. Now in 2026 he did an almost done for prod project in half an hour
From where do I start to a running system.
Four live sessions, one per week.
AI fundamentals
How to think about AI and how to work with it: prompting, context, and the mental models behind every good build. A foundation you carry into any implementation.
You leave with: a way of working with AI that outlasts any single tool.
The business case
We look at what each workflow costs you, pick the low-hanging fruit, and lock the business case before anything gets built.
You leave with: your highest-ROI target, with the math to back it.
Build it
Hands-on, live. We build the first working version of your system together using Claude Code or Codex, whichever you prefer.
You leave with: version one of your system, working.
Ship it
We harden it, plug it into your team's real week, and set up the habit loop so it survives contact with reality. This is where most AI projects die.
You leave with: a system your team uses.
Ongoing support
Weekly one-on-one calls with Pat during the bootcamp, and a private community after. Accountability, answers, and the founders you built alongside.
During and after.
Hey man this is amazing. I burned through so many tokens trying to build something like this only to crash out halfway through. Keep going man you are onto something - you clearly have the words and clarity to express something I can't!
Hey, I'm Pat.

In 2022, while freelancing as a marketer, I got wind of this little chatbot called GPT-3. In between laughing at its hallucinations, I realized something was about to fundamentally change.
Since then I've built apps, AI agents, and internal systems for media companies, ad agencies, MSPs, and a handful of other industries.
Along the way I started teaching what I was building on YouTube. Over a million people have watched.
The most common question I get is some version of "how do I actually do this in my business?"
Earlier this year I started advising founders and executives one-on-one, and there was never enough time for everyone who wanted in. So I turned the work into this bootcamp.
It covers the way I approach AI end to end: finding the business case, building the system, and making it stick.
Everything I teach is tool and model agnostic, meaning the same process you learn in this bootcamp can be carried over into any AI implementation for you or your company in the future.
Did bro just say that $68 wasn't worth that museum of arts website? That's an easy $30k we site if you contracted it out from a company. At least $15k from a solo dev. Oh and by the way you would wait 6 months.
newish to ai (not tech), very hard to find human channels lol
Who's in the room.
This is for you if
- ✓You run a company, a department, or a P&L
- ✓You use AI yourself and feel like your company isn't getting enough out of it
- ✓You'd rather build the muscle than rent an agency
- ✓You can commit to four live sessions
It's not for you if
- ✗You want someone to build it for you
- ✗You're an engineer looking for agent architecture
- ✗You want a library of videos to watch someday
Got questions?
If you use ChatGPT or Claude, yes. No code required.
Four live sessions plus the homework of using your system between them. Built for people running a company.
I'm still working out pricing based on my time and how hands-on each seat is.
The tools will change. The two things we teach don't: how to find the business case, and how to build with whatever the current best tool is.
Every session is recorded, so you can catch up if you miss one. Most of the value is in the live room, though.
Ready to build?
The first cohort's curriculum is being shaped by the people on this list. Join, share what you want to build, and you'll hear from me first when dates open up.
